8:00AM-9:00PM Every Day

Service Options:

At your option, your technician will work on-site or pick-up your equipment, deliver, setup and demo after repairs are complete. You are not charged by the hour.

Service Area:

Serving Albuquerque, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, Belen, Edgewood and all local areas. If you are located in Santa Fe or 20 miles out of Albuquerque city limits, travel fee = $20.00

Mail In Depot Service:

You may ship your eqiuipment to Tech505 for facilitation. We will send you a prepaid shipping box for free if needed. Return shipping is also free. Contact us for more information.

Diagnostics and Estimates: Is your equipment worth repair?

Your technician will perform hardware and software diagnostics and scan for viruses and spyware. Your technician will contact you with our recommendations, solution options and quote you repair costs. You don't have to proceed. If you choose to proceed, you will recieve a $ 20.00 gift certificate for your next tune-up or service.

Turnaround Time:

Most computers are repaired the same or next business day. We stock most common parts. If your computer needs parts that Tech505 does not stock, turnaround times may vary between 2-5 business days depending on shipping times. Overnight shipping is optional for additional charge.

Checking Repair or Order Status Updates:

At anytime, you may log into Tech505 website and check your repair or order status for updates. You must create an account with us for this feature or call. If you do not have access to another computer to check status we also call to update you with status updates.

Warranty:

Labor is warranty 90 days. Virus removal is warranty 15 days. New computer parts are warranty 1 year. Printer parts are warranty 90 days. Please read our service policies.
