Free Diagnostics and Site Survey: 

When diagnostics is performed, we recommend a service package solution for you. If your equipment is not cost effective to repair, we do not need to continue with service. If you choose to continue with a service package, you will recive a free $ 20.00 gift certificate for your next service. You may redeem it at any time.

Computer Diagnostics:

• Troubleshoot and identify all issues
• Hard drives are tested for errors
• RAM is tested for errors
• Mother board is tested
• Windows and programs are examined and tested. 
• Virus and Spyware detection

Printer Diagnostics:

• All components examined.
• We will find the cause of any problem and quote repair cost ($ 65.00) + parts if required.

Site Survey:

• Network survey (wired and wireless)
• All printers on-site are examined to see when next maintenance is required.
• Free quotes for computer, printer and network repair.
   

No travel fee if your located in Albuquerque, Rio Ranch, Bernalillo, Los Lunas, Belen or local areas.
$ 20.00 travel fee for Santa Fe clients.  Call for more details.

If you recommend us to your friends we will send you another $ 20.00 gift certificate for each referral. If you are not satisfied with service you recive within 90 days, we can attempt to repair it again under warranty or we will refund 100% of the total invoice.
