I am dedicated in providing the best technical service to my clients. I started my career with education and on-the-job experiences. I am currently CompTIA A+ certified, Dell certified, HP partner, hold a Top Secret Department of Defense security clearance, an Associates of Electronics and Technology degree and am a member of the Better Business Bureau. Tech505 Technology Solutions has been specializing in providing customized personal quality computer, printer sales and services in the Albuquerque local areas since established in early 2007 and going on 10 years of professional on-site experience before. Well, our rates are below industry standards because we understand that all computer issues are different varying on software, hardware, age and user settings. For this reason, we feel that charging high rates by the hour is old fashioned.  We do not charge by the hour and if it takes us longer for any reason to repair your equipment, we won't cost you more. By choosing us, you will always be confident that you are not overcharged or surprised by hidden fees. Each incident, repair and cost is tailored to make any computer cost effective to repair. We make IT convenient and affordable!

We are not your stereo type "drive buy repair guy" and we understand that sometimes incidents or issues are not a hardware or software failure but simply a frustrated user whose equipment is not set up correctly, or require a little advice, or not using the correct software, or just have questions. At Tech505,  we provide our best effort in actually repairing and removing malware before we resort to a reload. A simply wipe and reload saves time however, we try to save you time by not having to start from scratch and restore your settings again.

We also strive to provide quick turnaround time and is typically same or next day repaired and delivered. Our website displays example pricing and we are strait forward and will not surprise you with scary high priced quotes.

8:00AM-7:00PM  Monday-Saturday

Service Options:
At your option, your technician will work on-site or pick-up your equipment, deliver, setup and demo after repairs are complete.  You are not charged by the hour and for diagnostics or quotes.

Service Area:
Serving Albuquerque, Bernalillo, Rio Rancho, Los Lunas, Belen, Edgewood and all local areas. If you are located in Santa Fe or 20 miles out of Albuquerque city limits, travel fee = $20.00

Mail In Depot Service:
You may ship your equipment to Tech505 for facilitation service. We will send you a prepaid shipping box for free if needed. Return ground shipping is also free. Contact us for more information.

Diagnostics and Estimates: Is your equipment worth repair?
Your technician will perform hardware and software diagnostics and detect viruses and spy-ware.  Your technician will contact you with our recommendations, solution options and quote you repair costs before we perform the repair. You don't have to proceed if not cost effective and there is no charge.

Turnaround Time:
Most computers are repaired the same or next business day.  We stock most common parts. If your computer needs parts that Tech505 does not stock, turnaround times may vary between 2-5 business days depending on shipping times. Overnight shipping is optional for additional charge. Can't afford down time?  Call us for a free loner laserjet printer installed ASAP and keep it until your printer is repaired.

Checking Repair or Order Status Updates:
At anytime, you may log into Tech505 website and check your repair or order status for updates. You must create an account with us for this feature or call. If you do not have access to another computer to check status we also call to update you with status updates.

Warranty:
Labor is warranty 90 days. Virus removal is warranty 90 days if the exact virus infection reoccurs. New computer parts are warranty 1 year. Printer parts are warranty 90 days or 1 year depending on the manufacturer.  At Tech505, we always put 100% effort toward repairing or removing malware. However if a recall or rework is required within warranty period, Tech505 may require an OS reload and data backup to repair your computer.
